Make better calls on the stocks and ETFs on your watchlist.

InvestAssist helps self-directed long-term investors bring structure to the decisions that come after choosing what to own.You choose the stocks and ETFs you want to follow.
InvestAssist reviews them through a consistent process, so you can see what may deserve attention, what can wait, and why.

Most investors do not lack information. They lack a process.

There are endless charts, alerts, headlines, analyst opinions, and market updates. But when it is time to make a decision, many investors still rely on gut feeling. They have no framework.InvestAssist is built to make that decision process clearer and more consistent.

The cost of winging it

Studies by DALBAR and Morningstar consistently show that retail investors underperform by around 1.5% per year, not because of poor stock selection, but because of poor execution. Buying at peaks. Panic-selling during dips. Overtrading when patience would have been the better move.1.5% per year doesn’t sound like much, until you compound it over a 20-year investing horizon.

A daily brief built around your watchlist

Each day, InvestAssist reviews the assets you follow and organises them into a clear decision brief.
It replaces scattered checking and gut-feel decisions with a structured review of your watchlist, powered by automated technical analysis.
The brief helps you see:
• which assets may deserve attention
• which assets are better left alone
• whether current conditions support action or patience
• what has changed since the previous review
• how each asset fits into a repeatable decision process
The goal is to give you a consistent way to review your own investment ideas

Built for self-directed long-term investors

This is for you if:

✅ You invest in stocks or ETFs or you've been wanting to move beyond ETFs but the complexity held you back
✅ You hold for months or years, not days
✅ You have a job, a life, and can't watch charts all morning
✅ You want structure and control, not a robo-advisor deciding for you
✅ You're tired of second-guessing your timing
✅ You want a clearer process for action and inaction

Not for you if:

❌ You day-trade or flip stocks weekly
❌ You need help choosing which stocks to buy
❌ You're looking for guaranteed returns

What the pilot showed

From January to May 2026, InvestAssist ran as a daily email pilot. We chose email deliberately. Before building a complex app, we wanted to test the core thesis in the simplest and most cost-effective way: can a structured daily brief meaningfully help self-directed investors review their watchlist and make more consistent decisions? The pilot showed that it can.Users said the brief helped them reduce manual monitoring, rely less on scattered checks, and replace gut feeling with a clearer routine.

What we are building next

We are now building the MVP around the core insight from the pilot: self-directed investors need more than information. They need a framework for deciding what to do with it.The MVP will turn the daily email brief into a more contextual and customisable product. The app will add:• a personal watchlist, so users only see assets they actually follow
• clearer reasoning behind each asset review
• customisable settings for different investing styles
• CBT-informed decision prompts to help users separate facts, assumptions, and gut reactions
• a practical interface for reviewing assets without relying only on email
